Jonah Stephen is the founder & Managing Director of Stephen Ventures group companies – Carisma Solutions Pvt Ltd, India, and Purple Quay Pty Ltd(Australia) as well as other businesses that build software solutions & products, and accounting solutions and provides business advisory services to various organizations across diverse industries, including healthcare, education, technology, and accounting.
His leadership has enabled the business to grow successfully and responsibly from being a start-up to a leading company in the accounting & software industry across India and Australia today.
He is also a member of the Board and Executive Council at the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce. He also served as Vice President of the Indo-Australia Chamber Of Commerce.
He is a Management consultant with 27+ years of experience in software and Knowledge-based industry in India, the UK, the USA & Indonesia.
He is a Cofounder of Indix Corporation, USA, now acquired by Avalara, USA
He worked at Microsoft as Chief Compete Officer, Director Developer and Platform Group & Architect Advisor for Global System Integrators of Microsoft.
Previously he served as Assistant Vice President in Polaris Financials Technology Ltd., heading their Center Of Excellence for Business Intelligence. And Technology Director in Kumaran Systems Inc., before starting to build out Carisma Solutions and other businesses.
